КОИН-процесс
1. Комбинир. кислородно-конвертерный процесс, включающий нагрев и плавление металлолома или губч. железа с помощью донных угольно-кислородных горелок или фурм, рафинир. расплава кислородом через те же фурмы или центральный канал; позволяет довести долю лома в шихте до 100 %. По расч. данным фирмы (СО; Н) и. у. «Кruрр» (Германия) при 100 % лома в шихте уд. расход угольной пыли 180—200 кг, а кислорода — 230-240 м3. К.-п. не получил шир. распростр. из-за низких технико-экономич. показателей.
2. Двухстадийный процесс выплавки чугуна, разработ. фирмой «Кruрр» (Германия). Предварит, металлизация кусковой железной руды или окатышей ведется в верхней шахтной печи (рис.). Получ. горячее губчатое железо непрер. поступает в нижний плавильно-восстан. горн, куда вводится известь, загруж. сверху на шлак и вдувается снизу под слой чугуна угольная пыль, взвеш. в струе кислорода. В нижнем горне идет интенс. довосст. железа углеродом угля и жидкого чугуна. Образующ. СО служит восстановителем в верх. шахтной печи. Колошниковый газ шахтной печи отмывается от СО2, после чего оставшийся СО вновь используется для восстан. Уд. расходы энергоносителей (на 1 т чугуна): кам. уголь 500 кг; кислород 390 м3; эл. эн. 220 кВт • ч.
